Refund Policy

  1. Contact us at sales@fonezworld.com before returning any items.
  2. All returns will be accepted within 14 days from placing your order.
  3. Return must be in original packaging to receive an exchange or Refund.
  4. All returns are to be sent to the trading address of Fonezworld Arklow 30 Main Street Arklow Co Wicklow Ireland Y14CK11 
  5. New Sealed Phones/Tablets When purchasing a New Sealed device from us, be aware we cannot offer a refund on any device that has been opened and activated. This is due to the fact that the device is no longer classified as a new device, but a used one. In this instance, if you have changed your mind about your purchase, we will offer you a trade in value on your used device as opposed to a refund.
  6. Our returns policy complies with EU regulations (2000). To cancel an order, written notice by email must be sent requesting a return. We will offer a refund as long as good(s) are sent back in their original condition, unused and unopened in their original packaging (if packaging is included)
  7. Returns for all faulty items will be tested and decision will be made with in a week of receiving the product.
  8. In accordance with EU law, the cost of both original and return postage and packaging shall be borne by the customer and deducted from any refund
  9. Any additional postage charges for returns that are not faulty will need to be paid by the buyer.
  10. Returns are subject to quality check, please include all original packaging with all returns
  11. Your statutory rights are not affected
